The Contributors.
This video chronicles the struggle of
ordinary citizens, both in France and the U.S., to finance the Statue of
Liberty. From inception to completion, a span of fourteen years, it was the
generosity of thousands of volunteers on both sides of the Atlantic which
realized the dream. No government was involved.

The label design for the Edizione Pennino Zinfandel is a replica of the company logo of Francesco Pennino's music publishing firm. One side of the label depicts the Bay of Naples, his former home and his last view of Italy, and the other New York Harbor (w/ Statue of Liberty), his first view of America and his new home.
